7 Day No-Hassle Exchange or Cancellation

Within 7 days of delivery, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the item for a full refund, less the delivery charge and non-refundable deposit on special orders.  Not applicable to clearance items or bedding.  After 7 days, a 15% restocking charge will apply.  Maximum of 30 days from delivery date for any returns or exchanges. 

Items must be returned in like-new condition.  

One-Year Free Parts and Labor

We stand behind all manufacturer warranties with free parts and labor for one-full year.  Not applicable to clearance items.  After one year, there is a fee for in-home inspection, labor and non-warranted parts.

If within 90 days you find the identical item advertised for less, just bring in the ad and we will refund 100% of the difference plus an additional 10% of the difference.

Exclusive Protections Happiness Guarantee

If you never use the privileges of your protection warranty during the warranty period, we will credit you the purchase amount of the protection plan as store credit for a one-time purchase.

Special Orders

Minimum non-refundable deposit required.  Special orders take from 12-6 weeks to arrive at our warehouse.  We will call you as soon as it arrives.
